Got a Question?
Custom homes have a reputation for being more valuable than pre-made homes. This is because custom homes are built to the specific needs and preferences of the homeowners, while pre-made homes are mass-produced without taking into account the unique wants and needs of any particular buyer.
However, this does not mean that all custom homes are automatically more valuable than all pre-made homes. The value of a home is ultimately determined by the market conditions at the time of sale. In some cases, pre-made homes may be selling for more than custom homes in the same area. It all depends on what buyers in the market are looking for and willing to pay.
At first glance, it may not seem like a custom home builder would be able to help with financing your new home. However, many builders have established relationships with lenders and can offer guidance on securing the best financing for your situation.
In addition, some builders may even offer in-house financing options that can make it easier to finance your new custom home. Talk to your builder about all of your options and see if they can help you secure the financing you need.
