She showed me the glamorous photos and I instantly said, we cannot afford them, but give them a call if you want. They scheduled us a meeting, within the week we were talking to Matt & Tim. In my head I was expecting outrageous numbers, an extended amount of time until we could even begin the build, and then a lengthy build process. Within minutes of starting the meeting, Tim had me a number that I couldn’t believe, a start date within 2 weeks of signing the contract, and a 4 month turnkey build time, I was astonished.
